Artisanal Meat CSA

Our package includes all meat, with amount customization, to better suit your needs:

4-8* pastured broiler Chickens in 2 batches, July and September
1-3* pastured heritage Ducks in August
1-3* pastured roaster heritage Chickens in August
2-8lbs* of pastured heritage Pork in November
2-8lbs* of 100% grass fed pastured heritage Lamb in October
Option of 1-2 pasture heritage whole turkey in December

 *choose between 2x2 or 3x3 or 4x4 broilers ~ choose between 2/4/6/8lbs of lamb ~ choose between 2/4/6/8lbs of pork ~ choose between 1, 2 or 3 ducks + roasters

The deposit is due upon registration to reserve your share. Space is limited.

The deposit is calculated on expected average weights.

As soon as we get your deposit, we will send you the link to your online fillable order form.

You might have a mid term invoice in August and will have a final one at the end of the Fall.

As a CSA member you get our best prices.

You will also have the first opportunity to buy any extra meat or other products that we have available through the season (with your Members Only price) before it is offered to the public.

All of our animals are raised outside on pastures, gardens and orchards. They have access to shelter and clean water daily.  We supplement the diets with vegetables and fruits we grow on site and use specific non-GMO feed.

This ensures adequate nutrition to support health, growth, prevent disease and enhance the flavors of the meat.

Except for our broiler chickens, all of our birds are Rare, Heritage breeds. Our motto: Conservation, through consumption!
The lambs, ducks, turkeys and roaster chickens are all born on the farm and support the preservation of these unique and precious livestock species.

Carrying on this year is our engagement to purchase better feed for our livestock. We are traveling further to get non GMO, no pesticide, no desiccants and grown locally but it’s  important to us to use the best environmental feed supplement we can for our animals, the planet, you and us.
